Modern Cocoon - Gare du Midi - BRO144.00

Positive: Modern , well equipped , spacious apartament Negative: The patio on the terrace and the neighbourhood

Would not recommend Positive: Nothing Negative: Couldn't even find the place to start with, absolutely no signage! Lack of communication from host, i messaged the day before asking if i could drop luggage early, was told yes, either leave in an area that other residents had access to or get the key from key box, i asked for a code and they didnt respond, so I turned up on the day, but I obviously couldnt get in as id not been sent key codes! luckily, a cleaning lady let me in. Battery in smoke alarm was going flat, so constantly beeping, host finally got back to me with codes and WiFi and said someone would sort it, he took the battery out and went, the smoke alarm in the living room had been removed, so no working fire alarms! TV didn't work, guy who took the fire alarm battery had a look and couldn't get it to work either. Seating at the back all covered in bird mess and lamp had no light bulb. Constant noise outside the door, crashing and banging, felt pretty unsafe as a lone female traveller, if I'd of had the money I would have walked out and booked elsewhere! I didn't even sleep and left very early in the morning, just to get out...

Imbarazzanti Negative: Ho prenotato ad agosto e sono partito a ottobre. Come arrivato a Bruxelles chiamo e mi dicono che hanno dato la casa ad altri. Mi raccomando non fidatevi di questa struttura
